Amazon Firestick Setup Guide

Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options
On your Firestick home screen, go to the top menu, select Settings, scroll right to My Fire TV, click Developer Options. Turn on “Apps from Unknown Sources”. This allows TiviMate to be installed.
💡 Tip: On newer Firestick models this is under Settings → My Fire TV → Install Unknown Apps.

Download TiviMate from the Amazon App Store
Go back to the home screen. Click the search icon (magnifying glass). Type “TiviMate”. Select TiviMate IPTV Player from the results. Click Download. It installs automatically in about 60 seconds.

Open TiviMate and add your playlist

Note your MAG box MAC address
When you order your Nexotts subscription, we need your MAG box MAC address to configure your portal. Find it on the sticker on the bottom of your MAG box, or in Settings → System Info on the device.

Enter the portal URL on your MAG box
Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals on your MAG box. Enter the portal URL we send you in Portal 1 URL. Save settings and restart the device.

Your channels load automatically
After restart, your MAG box connects to the portal and loads your full channel list. The guide looks and works exactly like your old Sky or cable box. Use your MAG remote to navigate.

What internet speed do I need for IPTV UK?

TiviMate may occasionally disappear from the Amazon App Store due to listing policies. If this happens, you can install it via Downloader (search “Downloader” on Firestick, open it and type “troypoint.com/tivimate” to get the direct APK). WhatsApp us and we will walk you through it in under 5 minutes.
How do I set up the EPG (TV Guide) in TiviMate?
When you add your playlist using Xtream Codes, TiviMate automatically downloads the EPG for the next 7 days. If your EPG is not showing, go to Settings → EPG → Update EPG and tap Refresh. It updates within 2 minutes. The guide then works exactly like a Sky Q or Freeview TV guide.
